Terms of Purchase

Before making a purchase, we recommend that you carefully read these Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure about anything within these Terms and Conditions, please contact us.

Your Right to Cancel
Your right to cancel an order begins once payment has been taken and ends 14 days from the date you receive your goods (applies to standard products only).
For products that are made-to-order or bespoke, you may not cancel after manufacturing has commenced.
Returning Goods
To return goods for a refund, you must first email us to receive a returns number.
You have 14 days from receiving your returns number to send the goods back (address to be provided upon request).
You are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
Be sure to retain proof of postage when sending goods back.
Do NOT send goods back to our office (we will provide the returns address along with the return number).
Getting a Refund
You will receive a refund within 14 days of cancelling your order.
For returned goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the goods.
Refunds will be issued for the price of the goods only, and will not include the original shipping cost.
Business customers will incur a 20% administration/restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Deliveries
Ensure your delivery address is accurate, as additional or failed deliveries may incur extra charges.
Your delivery date will be communicated via email, so please ensure the email address you provide is correct and capable of receiving mail.
While we strive to meet the expected delivery date and will keep you informed based on the information from the manufacturer and their haulage company, we cannot be held responsible for any charges or compensation claims due to late or failed deliveries.
Interpretation
In this document:

‘Basket’ refers to the electronic shopping basket where products can be added on the Website.
‘Buyer’ or ‘You’ refers to the individual(s) or any agents acting on their behalf who have requested the sale of Goods or used Our Website.
‘Carrier’ refers to either Us or the delivery agent responsible for delivering the Goods.
‘Conditions’ refers to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document that become binding upon Us accepting the Order and agreeing to sell Goods to You.
‘Contract’ refers to the agreement that exists once We accept the Order and agree to sell Goods to You.
‘Delivery Date’ refers to the date the Goods are delivered to You.
‘Goods’ refers to any product available for purchase from the Website.
‘Information System’ refers to a system for generating, sending, receiving, storing, or otherwise processing electronic communications.
‘Order’ refers to the electronic order form completed and submitted by You, containing a list of Goods and prices (the Basket), Your billing and delivery addresses, telephone number, and email address.
‘Order Acceptance’ means the Order has been verified by Us and the Goods are ready for manufacture or dispatch.
‘Order Received Date’ refers to the date the Order enters Our Information System for review.
‘Our’ implies ownership by the Seller.
‘Payment’ refers to the transfer of funds from You to Us.
‘Payment Card’ refers to the credit or debit card or other payment method chosen by You for the Order.
‘Bespoke Goods’ refers to any products made to measure or altered to any specification.
'Made-to-order' refers to any products made specifically for a customer.
‘Regulations’ refers to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
‘Rejection of the Order’ refers to the Order being rejected by Us and not processed.
‘Shipping Charge’ refers to the cost for services like order picking, packing materials, and delivery by the Carrier.
‘Standard Delivery Area’ refers to the areas delivered to at no extra cost, marked on each manufacturer's delivery map (available on each product page).
‘Seller’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ refer to The Exel GRP LTD.
‘VAT’ refers to Value Added Tax.
‘Website’ refers to Our presence on the Internet, accessible at https://www.exel-grp.co.uk/shop
‘Your’ implies ownership by the Buyer.
Any reference to a statute or statutory provision includes any modifications or reenactments and any rules, regulations, or enactments that replace the act referenced.

Unless otherwise specified:

Words in the singular include the plural, and vice versa.
Words in the masculine gender include the feminine gender, and vice versa.
References to persons include legal entities, whether corporate or incorporated.
Unless otherwise specified, references to clauses refer to those within these Conditions.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the construction or interpretation of these Conditions.
